The shirt says it loud so I’ll just echo it, minus the yelling.
KEEP GOING. Always.
The holidays have a talent for turning the volume up on loneliness, doubt, and that quiet lie that says you don’t belong anywhere. That lie is lazy and wrong. Some days just existing feels like a full-contact sport, and still, here you are. That counts more than anyone admits.
If picturing yourself with family or friends feels impossible right now, that doesn’t make you broken. It makes you human. Messy, tired, trying anyway. You don’t have to be cheerful. You don’t have to be productive. You don’t have to prove anything to earn space in this world.
Keep going. If that means talking, venting, crying, yelling, or sitting in silence with someone who gets it, I’m here. No fixing. No pressure. Just company.
You are enough. Not later. Not once you’re “better.” Right now.
That said, I do have these available for your little reminder.
