We know how much New Year’s Eve means — the plans, the tickets, the fits, the excitement. For many of you, the night was cut short or never even got the chance to start. We hear you.
During the event, the Fire Marshal arrived on-site and made the decision to shut it down — a call that was out of the hands of the promoters and the venue.
To be clear: this was not the fault of the promoters, artists, collectives, or attendees. Everyone worked extremely hard and showed up in good faith to create a safe, unforgettable night.
While the outcome was disappointing, safety will always come first.
We’re running this back — the right way. We’re working with local authorities to make sure everything is safe and properly prepared, and when we do it again, we’re not just giving you what was missed — we’re giving you more.
If you had a valid ticket and couldn’t fully experience the night, your ticket will be honored for the rescheduled event. Details coming soon. Or you are more then welcome to a refund
Thank you for your patience, your energy, and your trust.
We’ll see you soon 🖤
