What if this was the difference? Do you ever feel like you’re smiling while holding a whole bunch of heavy ish just to give the world the idea you’re strong, like you can handle it all and carry every single bag by yourself? I catch myself doing that all the time, and today I had to sit with something I tapped into about four or five years ago that really changed my whole life, and that’s something called human design. If you’ve never heard of it, it’s basically a philosophy that blends astrology, the chakra system, I Ching, and a bit of quantum physics to help you understand how you move through the world. I’m a manifesting generator, but that’s a whole other conversation. The point of today is just to remind you that yeah, we’re told to be strong and hold all the baggage with a smile, and sometimes that’s fine, but sometimes you gotta let someone else help carry your bags, or you gotta let yourself cry if you wanna cry, or sit in sadness if that’s where you’re at. Part of my human design is moving through those big waves of emotion and being okay with them, staying true to me, and when I do that, it brings people along on the ride with me. That can feel hard because I’m a private person, but I know deep down it’s necessary …NOT just to shift my own path, but to shift the people around me too, not because it’s my job to fix them but because that’s part of my purpose. And I can see in my own life that every time I’ve let myself show up like that, the results have been beautiful, not just for me but for everyone close to me. So yeah, maybe this is a long caption, but I’m being real about what’s on my mind today, letting you hold a few of these bags with me, because that’s just where I’m at while having this human experience called life. Where are you and your human experience?
