Keep showing up, Ashton. At tonight’s second town hall meeting, the City presented no plan to keep or replace the trees, just more planters. I was told by a City Council member, nothing has been decided. But until we see an option to keep/replace the trees, we’re getting planters. No shade, no obscuring the less than attractive buildings, no exhaust consumption from farm trucks, and nothing in winter when the planters are stored inside, where I’m sure the plants will thrive 🙄. Call, email, write letters to the City with any opinions and especially options.
