New Children’s Book! 🎉⭐️

Im excited to announce the release of a new book that I had the pleasure of illustrating!

“You’re Going to Like Me, Grumble Grumble!” Is a cute little story about learning to love and embrace what makes us unique instead of trying to change ourselves to fit in.

This was such a fun and meaningful project to work on and I am really proud of how it turned out. 💜

A tribute to my favorite band Delta Rae which I was lucky enough to see on their The Light and The Dark Tour in Nashville last week.

They have been my favorite band for 10 years. The minute I first heard them I felt like something ancient within me awoke and ever since then they have been the soundtrack of my life.
The energy and passion that comes through their music is so incredibly inspiring and empowering but it’s even more powerful in person. I felt like I was amongst my spirit tribe while being in their presence. A family reunion of sorts. An empathic energy parade that was so authentic and life giving, I am forever evolved.
I highly recommend Delta Rae, especially if you are a fan of cinematic, southern, folk, rock, country, pop, anthem, genre bending music with powerful lyrics, soothing family harmonies, and glorious goddess energy from authentic, aware, beautiful spirits humans. ✨💜
Thank you Delta Rae for all the magic you create. The world is better with you in it.

Window of Tolerance
This came from an exercise I did in my group therapy session this week. We were told to imagine what our window of tolerance would look like to have as a visual reminder of what our center of calm, present, groundedness feels like. So whenever we are disregulated either in hyperarousal - anxiety, panic, fear - or hypoarousal - numb, detached, shutdown - we can find our way back to our present awareness.
This is what my window looks like. A beautiful view on a crisp
Autumn day. A gentle breeze. The sound of leaves rustling. The world feels okay in this moment.
