Today marks the official closing of our Patton Avenue location as we move forward into the next chapter for Emergency Tech Repair.
This location has been a major part of our story, and we are incredibly thankful for every customer, employee, friend, and neighbor who supported us here over the years. Your trust has meant everything to us.
All customer devices and future business will now be handled at our Asheville Mall location, located near Auntie Anne’s. Any devices still in our care are being safely transferred unless other arrangements have been requested.
While closing this location is bittersweet, this move allows us to simplify operations, improve service, and focus our energy on serving Asheville from one stronger, more accessible location.
Same team. Same trusted repair service. New home at the Asheville Mall.
