🛜 Customer thought their Wi-Fi intermittent service issue was due to the amount of devices being connected to their Local Area Network. 🖥️💻📱After a Root Cause Analysis, it was determined that the issue was due to a weak 5G signal in the provider’s Wide Area Network. 📶🗼. ⏭️ Changing Internet Service Providers was advised. 👨🏻🔧
