It's time for something better. During the course of my career I have heard many horror stories from the people I support. They tell me of the diagnostic and hidden fees as well vastly overpriced services they receive at big repair companies such as Geek Squad or Best Buy. I have worked in the commercial IT industry for 15 years, with the vast majority of that being helpdesk and deskside support. I am A+ and MCSA certified. During that time I have acquired the knowledge and skills that I need to help people solve their computer woes. I believe that customers should only pay for services rendered, not services attempted. I charge advertised, flat fees for all common problems such as virus/spyware removal, computer tune-ups, OS installs, and data backups. I will however on occasions provide a free estimate for larger, less common jobs such as custom PC builds. I strive to have computers repaired and back to you within 24-48 hours, however please note that computer repair can be unpredictable. At times problems will run deeper and be more complex than I initially estimate. I will always contact you before performing any service beyond what we had previously agreed to. Computer problems are always stressful, please let me help you and make it as stress free as possible!
