A seat at the table means something different when everyone around it is leading with their whole heart!

Last week really felt like that. The room was full of creatives in the wedding and events industry sharing what they bring, what they love, and why they do it.

Stacy from Juniper & Lace Events curated something that felt less like a networking event and more like a dinner party full of experiences with people you were meant to meet. 🥹

Already I feel the connections I made here have started to grow.

I had the absolute honor of flying all the way from Michigan to mountains of California to paint for Jacqueline and Joshua’s wedding.

To thank them for flying me out and having me be a part of their day, I painted their dog Yoshi as a surprise gift.

Their wedding was at Twenty Mile House on (you guessed it) May the 4th. It sprinkled a little which only tied the knot tighter and brought a very cozy intimate energy to the day. I honestly felt like we were in a movie the entire time.

The guest portraits were a hit! The main reason she chose this favor was because it’s meaningful yet easy to travel with vs something glass or perishable. Brilliant!

So what do guest portraits actually cost?

The better question is, what’s the value of preserving the people, connections, and memories that made your wedding day meaningful?

So many wedding purchases are used one time. But Guest Portraits remain not only a tangible gift for guests but something that’s treasured and talked about, keeping your celebration alive for years to come.

And yes, let’s talk money because I know what you’re thinking.

My packages are actually designed as favor replacements, which means you’re swapping ~insert undesirable favor here~ for something guests will genuinely love.

Pricing is built by guest count, so it’s straightforward with no hidden fees,additional costs, or surprises.

For around 100 guests, packages start at $2,950 + travel.

That includes:

•A framed 5x7 portrait of you two as a couple
•Guest portraits for all 100 guests
•A professional Guest Coordinator (aka my right hand, so I stay in paint mode)
•Live painting and studio time for anything we don’t finish on the day

We never turn anyone away, and typically about 90% of guests sign up. Anything not completed live gets finished in my studio and shipped directly to you to distribute.
