Attended a mixer last night thru LVBG(Lehigh Valley Business group) at Colonial House Inn. What a quaint place in Catty. As usual, turn out was great, awesome munchies, & plenty of schmoozing!

Market & General Research: Tedious but necessary & valuable. If you're planning on opening a sandwich shop, would it be better to be in a location where there are 5 others, close to you? Should you open it in a rural or suburban area? Where would be the best area to open it & why? Is zoning required? What about the name, does someone have the same name in use (or similar)? These are just a few examples.
