A Ugandan🇺🇬 court has sentenced Christopher Okello Onyum to death for killing four children aged one to three at a nursery school in Kampala. The court found him guilty of fatally stabbing the victims in an attack that occurred on April 2.

NOTICE TO ASYLUM SEEKERS REGISTERED UNDER KAMPALA

RSD interviews for asylum seekers registered under Kampala will run from 17th November 2025 to 19th December 2025.

1. Who Should Come
• Only those whose names appear on the appointment link below should come on assigned date.
• Those scheduled for interviews this year or next year should also check the link.
2. Who Should NOT Come
• Anyone who has already completed an interview. your case is under review; do not come to office unless your decision has been confirmed.
• If your name is not on the list, do NOT come to the office. Your case is not included in this session; wait for official communication.
• Those previously rejected should wait until after the exercise.
3. Checking Your Status
• If you already interviewed, keep checking the link for:
o Updates on your decision, and
o When your documents are ready for collection.
4. Important Reminders
• After your interview, leave the office area immediately to allow others to be served.
• If your case is not found, it may be because you are not registered under Kampala, entered the wrong number, or your case was not included in this session. In such cases, stay home and wait for further communication.
5. General Guidance
• Only Kampala-registered asylum seekers are included in this exercise.

እዚ Appointmen look up system ዝበሃል ሓድሽ ኣፕሊኬሽን ኮይኑ ግሩፕ ናምበርና ብምእታው ኩነታት ክንፈልጠሉ ንኽእል።

1. መን እዩ ናብ ኦፒኤም ክመጽእ ዘለዎ!
እቶም ኣስማትኩም ኣብቲ ናይ ቆጸራ መመልከቲ ኣፕሊኬሽን ዘሎ ሊንክ ቆጸራ ክወሃበኩም እዩ፡ ኣብቲ ዝተዋህበኩም ዕለት ናብ ኦፒኤም ክትመጹ ትኽእሉ።
እቶም ንኢንተርቪው ንሎሚ ዓመትን ንዝመጽእ ዓመት ዝተቆጸርኩም'ውን ኣብዚ መመልከቲ ሊንክ ቸክ ክትገብርዎ ትኽእሉ ኢኹም።

2. ናብ ኦፒኤም ክመጹ ዘይብሎም!
* እቶም ኣቐዲምኩም ኢንተርቪው ዝገበርኩም፡ ጉዳይኩም ኣብ መስርሕ ዘሎ፡ ናብ ኦፒኤም ዘምጽእ የብልኩምን። ጉዳይኩም ውሳኔ ምስ ተዋህቦ ጥራይ ኢኹም ክትመጹ ዘለኩም።
* እቶም ኣስማትኩም ወይ ቁጽርኹም ኣብዚ ሊስት ዘይረኸብኩሞ'ውን ናብ ኦፒኤም ዘምጽእ የብልኩምን፡ ጉዳይኩም ኣብዚ ኣይተኻተተን ዘሎ፡ ክሳብ ካልእ ወግዓዊ ሓበሬታ ዝመጽእ ክትጽበዩ ኢኹም።
* እቶም ሪጀክት ተባሂልኩም ዝነበርኩም'ውን ክሳብ ካልእ ሓበሬታ ዝወሃበኩም ናብ ኦፒኤም ክትመጹ የብልኩምን።

3. ንጉዳይ ኣብ መመልከቲ ኣፕ ቸክ ምግባር

* እቶም ድሮ ኢንተርቪው ዝገበርኩም ኣብ ጉዳይኩም ሓድሽ ጉዳይ ከይህሉ ንምርግጋጽ ኣብዚ ሊንክ ቸክ ምግባር ከድልየኩም እዩ።
* ንጉዳይኩም ውሳኔ ተዋሂብዎ ከይከ'ውን ወይ ውን ወረቀትኩም ክትወስዱ ዝብል ሓበሬታ ክትረኽቡ ትኽእሉ።

4. ኣገዳሲ ሓበሬታ

* ኢንተርቪው ድሕሪ ምግባርኩም ካብቲ ኦፊስ ቀልጢፍኩም ብምውጻእ ነቶም ብድሕሬኹም ዘለዉ ቦታ ክትገድፉሎም ይግባእ።
* ጉዳይኩም ኣይተረኽበን( case not found) ዝብል እንተመጽይልኩም ወይ ኣብ ካምፓላ ኣይተመዝገብኩምን፡ ወይ ጌጋ ጉሩፕ ናምበር ኣእቲኹም ኣለኹም፡ ወይ ድማ ጉዳይኩም ኣብዚ መስርሕ ኣይተኻተተን ዘሎ። ንጉዳይኩም ዝምልከት ካልእ ተወሳኺ ሓበሬታ ክሳብ ዝወሃበኩም ኣብ ገዛኹም ክትጸንሑ ይግባእ።

5. ሓፈሻዊ መምርሒ

* ኣብ ካምፓላ ዝተመዝገቡ ሓተትቲ ዑቕባ ጥራይ ኣብዚ መስርሕ ተኻቲቶም ይርከቡ።
* ጉዳይካ ኣብዚ መስርሕ እንተዘየለ ናብ ኦፒኤም ኣይትምጻእ።
* ኣብዚ መመልከቲ ኣፕሊኬሽን ሓድሽ ነገር ከይህሉ ደጋጊምካ ቸክ ምግባር ከድሊ እዩ።
