3 Stars Computers & Electronics Ltd is founded on 1st March 2010 by Mr.Okello Amos as Company Limited by Shares with aim of making a meaningful contribution to alleviate the a plight of the youth in northern Uganda, 3 Stars Computers & Electronics Ltd strategic plan is centered on the quality we are and will continue to be known both for quality of our work and positive impact of our programs.

Stars Computers & Electronics Ltd believe that any successful effort to re-sculpt the behavior and value of the youth will require the sustained input commitment of the youth. It has specifically form to address the followings problems:
• Disengaged youth, Drug addicted youth have capacity to improved their life. Opportunities to become young parents and leaders who bring in lasting and positive change to their communities as we change the youth life we change Country and the world at large. Through ICT (Information and Communication Technology) training to the youth and the trained youth trains other communities in the use of ICT in the daily life. For example in the sector of health, Education, Local Government and tourism the company hopes that if communities are trained to appreciate the use of ICT in the daily life then they will as well encourages the wide spread of ICT development in the district.
• Sensitizing the danger of some substances that is, Alcohol, To***co, Co***ne, Ma*****na, plastics, tree cutting, to both the environment and to the communities them self by shooting documentary designed to create awareness about them.
• By bringing ICT to the door step we mean put in communications infrastructure and the Electricity will come later, the people are starving for information literally dying for want of information,
Through helping schools to enhance teaching and learning process using ICT for education, and sensitization of Technical Capacity building and support teacher Pedagogical professional development,
Because the company has been inspired and driven by the potential not only to survive but also youth to strive to become some one who bring in positive change for those surrounding them here through encouraging youth to become Job creator rather than Job seeker. Founder member of 3 Stars Computers & Electronics Ltd, prepared this manual, which is intended to be used as a practical tool for implantation and training. It is owned by 3 Stars Computers & Electronics Ltd and May changed as authorized by the board of trustees as measure arises. The office of the managing director sole responsibility is to see that all development projects are working to fulfill developed goals for the company this includes monitoring and evaluating key project and acting as representative of the company as a whole. The office of the managing director is mandated with the task of networking, lobbying and advocacy with other key players, stake holders, and group with common interest on behalf of the company at national and international levels.
