According to the trending social media screenshots allegedly from the cousin of Bruno K's departed wife only identified as 'Mukyara Becky,' Bruno K is accused of abandoning his wife in hospital with out even providing any financial help to meet her medical bills.

Assault: Police tightens noose on singer Weasel
Kampala Metropolitan Deputy Police Spokesperson Luke Owoyesigire has confirmed that they have finalized plans to arrest singer Douglas Mayanja (Weasel) for assual

Kampala Metropolitan Deputy Police Spokesperson Luke Owoyesigire has confirmed that they are ready to arrest singer Douglas Mayanja (Weasel) for assault.

According to the spokesperson, they received reports that a one Baker Kaweesi a shamba boy at Weasel’s home in Makindye was brutalized by the singer.

“On Tuesday 10th August, 2021 at around 5am, we were alerted on how Kaweesi Baker, a 26-year-old deejay had been beaten. We are ready to arrest him and will not wait for him to report to Police,” Owoyesigire vowed.

According to reports, Weasel Manizo pounced on Kaweesi and started beating him like a midnight intruder after having a misunderstanding. Kaweesi is admitted at Mulago casualty ward.

Meanwhil,e Weasel’s teary mother who visited the victim at Mulago hospital conceded her son needs help as alcohol threatens to derail his career.

“Weasel is always fine when he is sober. His problem is drinking. When he takes it, I think it affects him so much and he needs to change. I am going to talk to him so that he should change. He cannot keep hurting people and blame alcohol,” ”she said

Singer Douglas Mayanja alias Weasel Manizo is in trouble for reportedly beating up his shamba boy named Cyrus Kawesa leaving his leg and jaw broken.

The saga has left Weasel a wanted man, according to deputy police spokesperson, Luke Owoyesigire.

Speaking to NBS, Weasel’s elder brother Jose Chameleone explained that Kawesa and Weasel got issues sometime back which could have sparked off Sunday night’s fracas. He added that his brother is being disturbed by age assuring that he will stop his fighting habits when he grows up.

“Weasel and Cyrus got issues a long time ago and he told him to leave, I don’t know if the issues came from weasel’s wife, I think he disrespected her,” Chameleon said.

Mrs Mayanja, Weasel’s mother has also weighed in, saying her son only starts fighting when he is drunk. She has promised to talk to him.

“He’s okay before drinking. He only gets like this after drinking. He who gives birth to a bad child has to counsel him/her. I have to speak to him, if it’s alcohol doing that to him, then he should quit it.” She said.

Additionally, Mrs Mayanja apologised to Cyrus’s mother, conceding that her son didn’t deserve the beating.

“Cyrus’s mum, I apologise. We have to do something because Cyrus is my child. I also don’t like seeing such things,” Mrs Mayanja.

However, Kawesa’s family has vowed to drag the singer to court by all means.

Meanwhile, Kampala Metropolitan Police spokesperson Luke Oweyesigyire while speaking to the media said investigations into the matter are ongoing, adding that Weasel will be charged with violent assault

Eddy Kenzo holds special prayers with family after surviving accident

Singer Eddy Kenzo held special thanksgiving prayers to thank God for saving his life following Thursday’s accident.

On Thursday 5th August, 2021, Edrisah Musuuza a.k.a Eddy Kenzo survived a nasty accident together with three of his friends when their car overturned after hitting a bump along Masaka Road in Maya.

The singer did not sustain any significant injuries despite having been pulled out of a terrible wreckage of the car.

A few hours after the accident, Kenzo made a social media post thanking God for saving their lives and giving them another chance to live.

On Sunday, the singer together with a group of friends and family gathered for special prayers, led by a Muslim leader, to give gratitude to the Creator.

Goodlyfe Entertainment singer Weasel Manizo has been in the spotlight for beating up his shamba boy, breaking his limb.

The incident allegedly happened at his Neverland mansion in Makindye Division, Kampala District.

This was confirmed by KMP Spokesperson Afande Luke Oweyesigire.

In a shocking Facebook post on Wednesday afternoon, Weasel revealed that he has been in Kenya for a week, he just returned to the country.

His post read, "Kenya 🇰🇪 It was nice hosting me for a week 🎵 Next Stop Uganda the Pearl 🇺🇬 🇺🇬 ".

According to his post, it is evident that the former BET Awards nominee was clearing the air about the allegations
