🚨 Republicans demand accountability... until the accused is one of their own.
Rep. Max Miller is facing serious allegations from his ex-wife, including claims that he:
• held a gun to her head during an argument
• physically assaulted her multiple times
• threw her into a wall
• abused her during their marriage
She also sought a restraining order, and police bodycam footage documenting her allegations was later obtained by CNN.
🚨 Another disturbing detail.
Earlier this year, authorities investigated how the couple's two-year-old daughter suffered a broken collarbone.
The investigation did not find enough evidence to conclude abuse or neglect.
But court records reported that the child allegedly told her mother:
"Daddy's house is scary."
🚨 So what was the Republican response?
House Speaker Mike Johnson refused to call for action, saying:
"The key word there is 'allegation.'"
Ohio Senator Bernie Moreno, whose own daughter made the accusations, said he loved his daughter and that her safety was his priority, but did not call for Miller to resign.
🚨 Compare that to what happens when similar allegations involve Democrats.
Republicans are often among the first to demand resignations, investigations, and public accountability.
But when one of their own faces disturbing accusations...
silence.
⚠️ Max Miller has denied wrongdoing, and no criminal conviction has been announced based on these allegations.
❓Should the same standard apply to every politician, regardless of party?
