Kitoweo cha zeituni utakachotengeneza tena na tena.
Laini, chenye harufu nzuri, na kinachofaa kwa vitafunwa vyepesi vya msimu wa machipuko, brunch au mikusanyiko ukiwa na glasi ya divai. 🫒
Utahitaji:
• Takriban g 170 za zeituni za kijani zisizo na kokwa
• Vijiko 4 vya mtindi wa Kigiriki (takriban g 200) au jibini la cottage
• Kiganja kimoja cha karanga za walnuts
• Bizari mbichi (dill)
• Chumvi na pilipili kwa ladha
• Matone machache ya maji ya limau
Weka viungo vyote kwenye mashine ya kusaga chakula (food chopper) na usage hadi upate mchanganyiko laini na wa krimu.
Tumikia pamoja na crackers, mkate uliokaangwa, au k**a kitoweo kitamu cha kupaka kwenye sandwichi.

• 4 tablespoons of Greek yogurt (around 200 g) or cottage cheese
• A handful of walnuts
• Fresh dill
• Salt and pepper to taste
• A few drops of lemon juice
Place all ingredients into a food chopper and blend until you achieve a smooth, creamy texture.
Serve with crackers, toasted bread, or as a rich spread for sandwiches.
