氣象圖很多，但看得懂的人不多。
中央氣象署每天有大量氣象圖：模式圖、衛星雲圖、雷達回波、分析預測圖。要把這些圖轉化為民眾看得懂的天氣說明，過去完全仰賴氣象專家逐日判讀，每次都是一輪高強度的資訊提取。
我們為氣象署設計了一套三層 AI 架構：圖像辨識 → 文案生成 → 數據校正，讓 AI 接手脈絡比對與初稿撰寫，專家專注在最後的判斷與微調。
這次專案獲得：
→ 圖像解析覆蓋率 100%，零遺漏
→ 原定 12 個月的系統建置，3 個月完成
當 AI 學會了看圖說故事，專家終於可以不再每天從零開始。

There are plenty of weather maps — but few people who can read them.
Taiwan's Central Weather Administration (CWA) produces a massive volume of weather maps daily. Translating them into plain-language descriptions used to rely entirely on specialists manually interpreting patterns day after day.
We built a three-layer AI system — image recognition → content generation → data validation — so AI handles the context-heavy groundwork while experts focus on final review.
Results:
→ 100% image coverage, zero gaps
→ A 12-month build delivered in 3 months
When AI learned to read the maps, experts finally stopped starting from scratch every day.

大多數企業導入 AI 之後，都會遇到同一個問題，但很少有人意識到，這個問題不在 AI，在指令。
使用者不會寫 Prompt、工程師靠手感調 Prompt、精準度上不去，也說不清楚為什麼，這不是人的問題，這是方法論的問題。

我們換了一個思路：與其讓人去調 Prompt，不如讓系統自己訓練 Prompt。
Prompt 不只是一段輸入文字，它是一個可以被工程化、被訓練、被迭代的物件。這條路，叫做自動化 Prompt Optimization。

麥肯錫 2025 的一則報告指出，很多企業在導入 AI 時，都陷入了「工具思維」：給員工帳號，希望他們自己變出生產力。
