Greetings from Gravity Autos in Taiwan. We truly appreciate your enthusiasm for our X-TRAIL T33 headlight upgrades!
After a thorough technical evaluation by our engineering team, we regret to inform you that we cannot fulfill your order. We want to be completely transparent about the technical reasons to ensure your driving safety:
• Model & Power Unit Differences:
The X-TRAIL T33 in Saudi Arabia is typically the e-Power version, while our development vehicle in Taiwan is the MHEV (Mild Hybrid) version. These two models utilize different electrical architectures and power management systems.
• Advanced Feature Conflicts:
Your GCC-spec X-TRAIL is equipped with Auto High Beam (AHB) and Auto-Leveling functions. Our current modification, as seen in our videos, is specifically designed for the Taiwan-spec MHEV system and is not compatible with the AHB decoding logic of your vehicle.
• Potential Safety Risks:
Testing indicates that if our current module is installed on an e-Power model, the vehicle's ECU will fail to decode the signal during high-beam usage. This causes the system to forcefully shut down the headlights for protection. To restore light, the driver would need to pull over and restart the entire vehicle, which poses a significant safety risk during night driving.
Because Gravity Autos prides itself on "flawless and zero-defect" modifications, we cannot provide a product that might compromise your vehicle's reliability. Therefore, we must respectfully decline this service.
