I built the below workflow for a client's sales team. Now when they add a lead to their website, It checks for availability spots within the two membership options they offer, it then builds a personalised email for that lead using the data inputed by the sales agent, so all they need to do is click send.
This automation workflow saved each sales agent 20 minutes per lead, resulting to a lot more leads being hit per day, which of course means more sales and more income.
This is just the start to many workflows I have been busy building over the last 2-3 months. Below may look complicated, but I have since broken it up into multiple workflows to make things easier to manage. Plus I added a few more features to save them even more time, now It creates all follow up emails and they can also send quick reply emails to the lead directly from their website, basically I have turned their website into a sales CRM without them needing to pay huge monthly costs of paying for a 3rd party service.
I have also built a few Ai Agents, uses for these are unlimited, a few things I have already played around with are Lead Cleaner using Ai web search, SEO Chat Bot connected to GA, GSC & SERP (End goal here is to make SEO completely automated), Content Creator setup for all social platforms and articles, Auto Directory Website Builder using SERP, Perplexity & OpenAi . All are saving me and my team a lot of time.
Plus the Ai personal assistant I am working on is pretty sick, it can already take care of email responding, slack, notion, google calendar etc. I even gave it a voice, but I'm thinking of changing that voice soon to something cooler, maybe Kitt the talking car?
