We built a 15 meter planetarium on the rooftop of the National Museum of Natural History in Santo Domingo.

The largest and oldest museum in the Dominican Republic.

101 reclining seats.

Steel and aluminum frame, with a high quality fire retardant, full color printed PVC cover.

Being in the Caribbean, this dome had to stand up to extreme winds and rain.

A riverside terrace in Bangkok. Empty in the morning.

A fully immersive projection dome by sundown.

That’s how fast this came together.

We set up at Awakening Bangkok for a client activation.

Built the dome from scratch and calibrated everything... all in a single day.

By the time the sun went down, people were already lining up to get inside.

And posting it on social media as they walked out.

Awakening Bangkok needed an immersive experience for a major client event.

We built it in a day.

From an empty riverside terrace to a fully calibrated projection dome… frame, projectors, screen, and software… all set up and open to the public that same night.

The crowd lined up. The phones came out. And a drone show lit up the sky right above it.

Not a bad way to end the night.

3 days. 2 domes. 1 galaxy.

Earlier this month we powered the 10 and 12 meter domes for Amazing Thailand Galaxy of Love at One Bangkok.

Live music under a 360 night sky.

Sound healing sessions surrounded by nebulae.

And visuals so immersive people forgot they were in the middle of a major city.

That’s the thing about projection domes… the experience is whatever you want it to be.

SXSW is back this week.

Last year, we set up an 8 meter projection dome at the Fairmont Hotel for the XR Experience Spotlight.

Inside it, audiences experienced Resolution: A Cinephonic Rhapsody for the Soul… a 360 film that reimagined The Polyphonic Spree’s album Salvage Enterprise.

Created with Oscar and Emmy winning artists.
Audiences reclined under the dome as each song unveiled a new world around them.

It won the SXSW XR Spotlight Audience Award.
