Henshel’s been with us since she first moved to Thailand six years ago. Since then, she developed her craft, taking charge as a Software Developer Lead.

Pop made Draycir history as our very first WFH employee. Now, she has established herself as a valuable team member, exploring her work and continuing to grow as a Software Developer.

Working for three years as a Software Developer, Max has found a family in Draycir, collaborating with teammates and tackling challenges with a good support system by his side.

Developing software may be our game, but we shine most because of our talented people and allowing them to grow.

Boss wanted to be a game developer and didn’t really expect to work in accounting software. Still, he levelled up his skills in a different way. Starting as a Software Developer in Draycir, he now leads our product team as our Project Manager.

Coding might be the first thing you associate with software, but delivering a high quality product to our customers is just as important. Bank discovered the world of software quality assurance— since joining us as Junior QA, he now contributes his expertise by working together with developers as our Senior QA Tester.

Coming from a background in graphic design and a passion for photography, Kong had a different picture in mind when he started his career at Draycir. Finding a newfound love for QA along the way, he now uses his eye for detail to spot problem areas in our projects. He joined us fresh out of university two years as a junior and is now a qualified Software QA Tester.

With a background in management and hospitality, Kie had limited experience in software development before making the move to become a Software QA Tester — but fast forward eight years, and she’s now leading product teams to success as our Senior Project Manager, snagging even more opportunities through hard work and dedication.

Being encouraged by the flexible working style at Draycir, Byte discovered that he was able to make decisions on working solutions and explore his professional interests. Coming from a traditional programming background, he mastered everything from front end to back-end as our Senior Software Developer, now balancing work and play like a pro.

Entering a new world during the pandemic. Kamin initially felt nervous about starting a new job. A year later, he now drives the design strategy across all our products as our Senior UX/UI Designer, evolving from challenges with a determined mindset and the support of teams across both Thailand and UK.
