The economy of South Sudan will be improving if the resources allocations, distributions, consumptions of capital and investments including managements of the factors of productions. Simply that is what economics means as a social sciences. However economic growth ( economic Output ) is the predetermined of the factors that contributed to country GDP.

Powerful group, Powerful groups who benefits from the institutional status quo will actively oppose changes that threaten their power and wealth in any country. With out drastic changes in power structures and shared beliefs, institutional reforms in most poor countries like what is happening in our beloved country Republic of South Sudan will lead to large disparities between laws on the books and laws in practice and between how laws are applied to the powerful and to the powerless. Therefore our country have experienced institutional inflexibility for a quite a long time and we need institutional flexibility.

Oh God blesses South Sudan.

Major goals of economic development, welfare of society
Social and economic equalization equality of income distribution, an increase in per capita income of a nation is not enough for economic development to occur. What is important is the distribution of income within society.
Avoidance of market disparities in the process of growth.

Avoidance of regional growth disparities within a country.

Rising productivity in all sectors of the economy.

Improved institutions and attitudes.

Rational policy formulation and implementation.

Reductions in poverty levels.

Reduction in unemployment levels.

Ministry of finance and economic planning is failing in it duties and roles that is why they removed economic from the title and make it ministry of finance and planning only . when our economy is deteriorating does it means that we should remove economic development from the title that goes ministry of finance and economic planning?

For good development of our economy and rendering of services to our beloved citizens our president H.E. Kiir Mayardit needs to abolish the states cabinets and their roles should be run by Directors/ executive Directors under Governors and commissioners only.
