The Directorate of Admission, Evaluation and Authentication has announced the start of general admission into public and private universities for students who completed secondary school in 2023 and 2024. The application period will run from January 26, 2026, to February 10, 2026.
Interested applicants from the 2023 and 2024 batches are invited to apply for General Admission to public and private universities.
*Eligibility Criteria:*
- Hold a South Sudan Certificate of Secondary Education (CSE) from 2023 or 2024, or equivalent.
- Have passed seven subjects, including Mathematics and English, for degree programs, or five subjects for diploma programs.
- Not have been previously admitted through direct admission to any university.
- Pay a non-refundable application fee of SSP 25,000.
*Application Process:*
- Application forms are available at designated institutions across the country.
- Admission guidebooks can be downloaded from the Ministry of Higher Education website.
- Submit copies of academic and personal documents, including identification, birth records, passport-size photographs, and proof of payment.
*Important Dates:*
- Application deadline: February 10, 2026, at 4:30 p.m.
- Application centers are open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. during official working hours.
Only authenticated and equated foreign certificates will be accepted. Applicants are encouraged to complete their applications early to avoid last-minute delays. 😊
