As an outreach platform, we hope to spread awareness of our local community cats, changing the negative perception towards them, and info sharing as well; missing pets, distressed animals, fund raising etc...

Cat Socrates , Cat Socrates Rant: If shops wants to keep a cat around, to attract customers or whatever, you should expect people to want to pet it. Or create a space where you can keep it locked up/out of sight.

Was purchasing some gifts Bras Basah Branch, with the cat relaxing on the counter, my friend stroked it while i rounded up some purchases. To our great annoyance, Ms. lady boss or whoever she was, came over, curtly telling my friend to STOP petting the cat. Wow, her intolerant attitude and menancing look was INTENSE.
So we obviously left w/o purchasing. Have supported them over the years as we assumed they love cats as much as we do. Everytime i walked past i will def buy smth - from JooChiat branch. It was my 1st time at Bras Basah.

Will not step inside both of their shops nor support their overpriced goods ever again. 😡😡
