Moving from Copilot to Autopilot is not a bigger prompt. It is three guardrails.
1. Irreversible writes stay approved. The agent can prepare payroll, a payment, or a contract pack. A named person commits.
2. Permissions before cleverness. The agent only sees what its role needs, and every tool call is logged.
3. A stop rule. Low confidence or an exception means escalate. It does not invent the next step.
Hours saved are only useful if that path exists.
A practical note for F&B on a poor-air day: if the terrace is closed, the mix shifts to takeaway and delivery. The number that matters at close is which channel actually sold — not a feeling. A POS should show that split without a spreadsheet. (ZyloPOS is built for that kind of channel record, not for a “haze mode.”)
Where is your team stuck: the approval, the access, or the stop rule?
