Connectivity has been fully restored for affected subscribers. If you are still unable to connect to the Internet, please power-cycle (turn off, wait 10 minutes and turn it back on) your ONT and WiFi router. Our network team has isolated the problematic hardware and users should see connection recovery. Once again, please fully power cycle your routers (including a 10 minute wait before powering back on).
