PSA - if you or anyone you know has a Zyxel firewall, you'll want to either patch or replace soonest. Our recommendation is anything without a direct Web interface. Any Internet facing device you're not paying maintenance for (or doing maintenance yourself) will eventually be compromised.

WEF from 1st July 2020, we had deprecated the use of the FTP protocol - however, we do recognize that even WordPress direct upload is not a complete answer for serious developers, so we now support SSH and SFTP access to WordPress × Lightspeed Gold and Platinum instances.

In general, you should not (and should not need to) do this for WordPress x Lightspeed sites as those have built-in HTTP uploads for both plugins and themes.
