-Build and maintain client relationships

-Consolidate accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards;
-Purchasing required items from suppliers
-Able to speak fluently in Mandarin to communicate with our China suppliers
-Support audit and tax queries;

Qualifications:
-Diploma Graduate
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Strong organizational skills
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office
-Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions

Expected: $2200-2600

HR Assistant
• Provide necessary administrative support for all human resource and receptionist function
• Assist with sorting, scanning and filing of documents
• Maintain employee's personal files
• Prepare daily attendance report
• Track and maintain employees' medical leave records
• Assist with the preparation of documents/emails when requested
• Coordinate with dormitory operators for dormitory matters (check in/out, logistic arrangement, etc.)

Sales & Marketing Assistant
• Develop digital marketing strategies for brands and set up digital marketing plans in line with global strategy
• Plan, monitor & manage ongoing internal & our clients’ presence on social media including enquires & comments handling, content updates and A/B testing of campaigns
• Launch optimized online adverts through Facebook, Instagram
• Ensure content of online channels remain accurate and brand compliant
• Research and provide knowledge on digital innovation and identify new ideas for collaboration to increase engagement, influence, and brand visibility
