Managing contractual and financial side of projects such as
- price/forecast the cost of the different materials and cost breakdown needed for the project
- go through tender documents/specifications and prepare sales quotation
- prepare contracts, budgets, work orders, certificate of release and other documentations needed for projects
- track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly
- assess and recommend the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project
- coordinate with project team to measure and value the work done on site for claim submission
- assess and nominate payments for subcontractors for the work done
- liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers when necessary
- write reports
- able to produce Basic Auto Cad/Sketch Up/BIM drawings
