Recently we had some returns.
The buyer basically insisted that the cables be bought didn't work with his CCTV cameras. We weren't given a chance to test the items because returning it was very difficult to him, even though it's entirely at our expenses. Because it was not reasonable that we verify his claims.
He chose to give us a 1-Star review because we didn't agree to refunds without question.
Dear Joseph L**, please be responsible for your purchase. We are very happy to help. We are just not going to accept a return without question. Because your returns becomes someone else's trash!
