Larsen Speakers Larsen speakers is a series of floor standing speakers from Larsen Hifi in Sweden. They bring the ortho acoustic principles of Stig Carlsson to a new level

John Larsen got under his 16 year cooperation with Stig Carlsson a deep insight in and even a great participation in many of the Carlsson-constructions. Of course this has been a great influence when the Larsen-speakers was created. Larsen-speakers are in fact designed after Stig Carlssons guidline for orthoacoustic speakers. This means that they are designed to stand flush against the rear wall of the listening room. They contains soundabsorbents against the wall and they have the awry placement of the speakers which spread the the sound and this make the whole idea unique. “Unusual but superb” as Robert S Green concluded in his test for The Absolute Sound.
