*Position Title:* - Logistics Data & Warehouse Planning Analyst (Temporary — 3 months) - AED 10,000 pm
*Location* : Dubai, UAE
*Reports To* : - P&D Manager
*Role Summary* :
This temporary role focuses on strengthening P&D analytics and short-term logistics/warehouse
planning. The individual will convert IMS/forecast/shipments into actionable plans, improve
inventory accuracy and support freight and master data processes in SAP/WMS. The role
requires strong analytical skills and supply chain knowledge to deliver immediate impact within
3 months.
*Scope of Work:*
Optimize Route-to-Market (RTM) strategies for African countries to enhance distribution
efficiency.
Identify optimal scenarios to improve Case Fill Rate (CFR) and forecast accuracy.
Analyze current inefficiencies in supply chain processes and document gaps.
Develop actionable plans and scenario-based strategies for SCM process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and automate daily/weekly dashboards (Power BI/Excel); deliver exception reports on
service, cost, and stock.
Monitor OSR/ageing inventory; coordinate cycle counts and bin accuracy; partner with
warehouses to prevent SLOB.
Prepare inputs for the monthly S&OP cycle; consolidate risks/opportunities and action
follow-ups.
*Required Qualifications & Skills:*
2–5 years in supply chain analytics/logistics/warehousing (FMCG preferred).
Advanced Excel and Power BI; SQL preferred; Python desirable.
SAP (MM/SD/EWM) or similar ERP; WMS familiarity; knowledge of MRP and S&OP basics.
Strong communication and stakeholder coordination across factories, warehouses, and
finance.
*KPIs to Track:*
Case Fill Rate (CFR), OTIF, inventory record accuracy, forecast accuracy, freight cost vs. budget,
SLOB reduction, and master-data quality.
