😎 Cea mai așteptată competiție de XCM din Cluj revine, cu trasee pentru toate nivelurile de pregătire fizică, prin pădurile din jurul orașului. 🌲 Indiferent dacă ești sportiv de performanță, pasionat de weekend sau vrei să-ți aduci și copiii la start, ai unde alege:

⬛ XCM - Traseul lung - 58.5 km / 1700 D+
Provocarea supremă a competiției, dedicată bikerilor experimentați care caută efort de anduranță și un traseu tehnic, presărat cu urcări solicitante prin pădure

🟥 XCM - Traseul mediu - 33 km / 900 D+
Un echilibru ideal între distanță, dificultate și peisaj, potrivit pentru cei care vor să se testeze fără a merge la extrem.

🟥 XCM - Traseul Ebike - 33 km / 900 D+
Aceeași rută ca traseul mediu, dedicată exclusiv bicicletelor electrice.

Every senior engineer knows this moment: a fix that looks obvious, until you look closer.

On our own P&L engine, Dan hit exactly that. A known bug in how salary changes got blended into historical cost. The instinct was to just fix it in place, the way you'd fix any bug.

The design interview stopped him. Fixing it there would have silently rewritten every historical forecast the system had ever produced. Not a bug fix, a decision about what our numbers actually mean.

Dan wrote about what that phase actually asks of a senior developer, and where it drew a line he almost didn't see.

We introduced our agentic SDLC: six phases, six gates, AI doing the volume work while our team makes every call that matters. Here's the first deep dive: Phase 1, Discover.

The requirements phase used to take weeks. Last month, our Product Manager Cenan Teodora did it in two hours.

"I don't arrive to write the spec. I arrive to be interviewed for it."

Instead of writing a document and shepherding it through endless review cycles, she sat with the team while Claude ran a structured interview, grounded in our own codebase, refusing to move on until each requirement area was genuinely resolved.

The part that surprised her most: you don't need a polished brief to start. A messy call transcript is enough. The hard part isn't writing anymore, it's recognising a good answer when you hear it.

Suntem bucuroși să fim partener principal al Cluj Bike Fest, un eveniment construit cu pasiune, energie și foarte multă implicare.

La HEITS, apreciem lucrurile care se fac cu răbdare, colaborare și atenție la detalii. Sunt aceleași principii pe care le regăsim atât în munca noastră de zi cu zi, cât și în echipa care face posibil un eveniment de asemenea amploare.
