We’re always on the lookout for a bit of movement, whether it’s running, riding, or just finding new ways to stay active 🚴‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Lately, some of the HEITS team took on the Wizz Marathon, and we’re genuinely proud of everyone who showed up, pushed through, and made it to the finish line.

👉At the same time, we’ve been smiling seeing one of our colleagues biking along the seaside, repping last year’s technical t-shirt from , a project that’s very close to our hearts, one we built from the ground up and are excited to be powering again this year.🔥

By the way 👀 if you’re into mountain biking, keep an eye on Cluj Bike Fest! We’ve recently announced the date for this year’s edition.

Yesterday, Alexandru Costin hosted a "Claude Coding for Designers" workshop at HEITS.digital, and the energy in the room was highly contagious.

Before we dove into the code, we ran a quick poll for participants:

🚀 Everyone is already "Team AI": 100% of our participants are already using AI. It’s no longer a "future thing" but a tool for every day work.

🧠 Experience doesn’t mean being "set in your ways": Most of the room (63%) were seniors with many years under their belts. It was awesome to see veterans just as hungry to learn "Design Engineering" as the juniors.

🛡️ The "AI Fear" is a myth (at least here): With an excitement score of 4.1/5, our participants aren't worried about being replaced. They’re worried about being slow. They see Claude as the turbo-button for their workflow, not a threat to their careers.

👀 The big takeaway? Claude Code isn't a developer tool designers can borrow, it's a shift in where design thinking lives and what medium it happens in.

🔥 Huge thanks to Alexandru for showing us how to bridge the gap. The future of product design looks a lot more like engineering, and we're totally here for it.

At HEITS, we’re usually busy solving complex technical puzzles or discussing the future of AI. But yesterday, the most inspiring input in our Iași office came from a box of crayons. 🖍️

🥳 We were thrilled to host 10 brilliant young minds from Răducăneni, alongside our long-term partners at Asociația Antonia pentru Educație și Inovare Socială

The mission? To trade our screens for drawing paper and celebrate “the voice of the child.” 👏

👀 Watching these kids express their vision was a powerful reminder that every great project, whether it’s a line of code or a work of art, starts with the courage to be heard.

👉 This visit was even more meaningful as our friends at Asociația Antonia celebrate 10 years of incredible impact. We’re proud to stand by a team that has spent a decade turning “creativity” into “opportunity” for children.

Thank you for the energy, the colors, and for reminding us that sometimes, the best way to move forward is to stop and listen. 💙

👀 We built internal software in weeks that would have taken months through traditional development. Here's the honest story of how.
