AI isn’t waiting for anyone to catch up.
👉 Last Thursday in Iași, at coffee&bites by HEITS, we sat down with people working in development and QA to talk about how AI is actually showing up in everyday work.
What’s becoming clear is that the shift isn’t clean or structured. It’s messy, fast, and happening in parallel with everything else teams are already responsible for.
People are navigating it without clear frameworks, without enough support, and often without alignment at company level. Some move fast, others hold back. Not because they don’t see the value, but because the path isn’t fully defined yet.
At the same time, expectations keep growing. Faster delivery, smarter systems, AI in production. Even when the trade-offs aren’t fully understood.
And underneath all of this, there’s a deeper change. Not just in tools, but in how people think about their work, their role, and what “good” looks like going forward.
👉 At every level, there’s a need to rethink how we work, not just what tools we use. Because this shift is less about adopting AI, and more about adapting to it.
What made the conversation valuable wasn’t consensus, but honesty. Different perspectives, real constraints, and no pressure to wrap things nicely.
That’s the kind of space we want to keep creating.
🥳 Thanks to everyone who joined us.
Special thanks to the team at HEITS Iasi for making this happen! 💙
