is a Romanian Pilates studio built around conscious movement and the balance between strength, mobility and correct posture. The brand emphasizes quality of ex*****on and attention to every detail, offering a personalized experience deeply connected to the body’s needs.
Atelier Pilates wants to redefine the perception of Pilates through a serious and educational approach, demonstrating that Pilates is a beneficial and accessible practice for any body type and any stage of life, not just a trend.
My thoughts: It was a collaboration that I loved, it went smoothly and we worked as a team. What I really appreciated about Ioana is the passion with which she talked to me about pilates and her mission to demonstrate that pilates is not just a trend, it is not just for certain people, but is for everyone.
She talked to me about its importance and how underappreciated it is, about the benefits it has for our body and about her classes that are specifically narrowed to be able to focus her attention on each client.
It was a pleasure working together and I wish her much success!
