“Hi Karina,

Today is our 4th wedding anniversary, and I just wanted to take a little moment to message you and thank you again for everything you did for us. ❤️

Four years ago today, we flew from Scotland to Portugal and got married at Monte do Serrinho on 21.09.22. 🇵🇹🤍 It honestly feels like yesterday!

Although we never had the pleasure of meeting Paula, I wanted to thank you both from the bottom of our hearts for making our wedding day so incredibly special. Without the two of you, we truly wouldn’t have had the beautiful and memorable day that we did.

We look back on our wedding every year with so much love and happiness, and we still have those moments where we look at each other and think, “Wow, what an amazing day!” 🤩 It was everything we could have dreamed of and more.

All of our family and friends who travelled from Scotland still talk about how amazing the wedding was and how much they loved every part of it. It really was such a special day, and we will always be so grateful to you both for helping make it everything we dreamed it would be. ❤️

We’ve also had another very special chapter in our lives since then — we welcomed our beautiful baby boy at the beginning of this year. 🩵

I hope you and Paula are both doing well and that your families are too. We think of you both with such fond memories, especially today.

Thank you again for everything. We will always have such a special place in our hearts for Portugal and for the memories you helped us create there. 🇵🇹❤️

Dear Paula, Karina and Daniela,

Today is our first wedding anniversary, and as we’ve been looking back through our photos and reliving the happiest day of our lives, I realised there was something I’ve been meaning to do for a whole year.

When I think back to our wedding, I don’t just remember the beautiful flowers, the music, the laughter or the photographs. I remember how I felt. I remember feeling calm. I remember feeling present. I remember feeling able to smile, laugh, and soak in every single moment with the people I love. And that was because of you.

You weren’t just our wedding planners.

You became my safe place.
That is one of the greatest gifts anyone has ever given me.

I’ll never forget your kindness, your compassion, or the way you all cared for not only me, but also Michael and my family. Nothing ever felt like it was ‘just your job.’ Every conversation, every reassuring smile, every little thing you did came from a place of genuine care, and we felt that every single step of the way.

One year later, I can honestly say it was the best day of our lives, and that simply wouldn’t have been possible without you.
There will never be enough words to thank you for everything you gave us. You didn’t just plan our wedding—you gave us the chance to experience one perfect day where the worries of the world disappeared, and for that I will be forever grateful.

I hope you know how much of a difference you all made. The impact you had on us goes far beyond one day, and we’ll always think of you with so much love and gratitude whenever we remember our wedding.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for giving us memories that we’ll treasure forever.

“Dear Karina,
Dear Paula,

Maxence and I wanted to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything you did to make our wedding possible.

Celebrating our love was beyond anything we could have hoped for. Getting married in the Algarve was a little crazy dream of ours. We, two French people, living in Belgium, but deeply attached to your beautiful region thanks to the special place that Cathy and Jean-Paul have created there over the years.

You cannot imagine how much it meant to us to share Portugal with our families and friends. Thanks to you, this dream became a reality.

Thank you for listening to us and for bringing every one of our wishes to life, even the craziest ones. The result was beyond anything we had imagined. Throughout the whole weekend, we were left speechless and amazed by every single moment.

Thank you for fighting for every detail, for never giving up on the things that mattered to us, and for organising everything with so much dedication, passion and kindness. You had one goal: to make us happy. And you succeeded beyond all expectations. We spent these three days on our little cloud.

I also want to thank you for your professionalism, as well as that of your entire team. The people who know me well know that I can be demanding, perfectionist and anxious… Yet, your support took away all my doubts and fears. Because of you, I was able to enjoy our wedding with a level of peace and serenity that I didn’t think was possible. And I can tell you, that surprised more than a few people around me!

You created an atmosphere that was soft, joyful and filled with love. The perfect combination to make this weekend an unforgettable memory, not only for us but for everyone who shared it with us.

Finally, I want to thank you especially, Karina, for your empathy, your kindness and your calmness, while leading the organisation of our wedding so beautifully.

Life is made of special encounters, and I am so grateful that it brought you into our lives. You are such a beautiful person with a big heart, and I am going to miss you very much.
