Canva, founded in 2013, experienced significant growth due to its AI-driven tools, which attracted more users and facilitated the creation of numerous designs. By February 2023, the platform had generated over 15 billion designs.

DuckDuckGo, launched in 2008, saw a substantial increase in its user base in 2013. Driven by growing concerns over privacy, the search engine's average daily searches jumped to around 1.5 million.

I want to highlight an important point: when asking for something you believe is your right, also consider the rights you grant to others. In the startup world, particularly in developing countries, labor laws may not be well-suited for startups. As a result, founders often create their own rules within the organization. This approach improves the startup's performance, allows for greater flexibility, and keeps employees happier without focusing solely on the rights outlined in the law.

The issue arises when someone becomes unhappy working at the startup. They start examining the law closely, and it gains significant importance to them, which may lead to conflicts. While addressing this is a government responsibility, aligning with your rights and responsibilities is key to success, whether you're a founder or an employee.

Yesterday, I could access our account and requested to withdraw the remaining funds of my startup. While I am not overly concerned because I don't depend on it, as a founder, it is painful to lose the last bit of cash. It is difficult for those who are not founders to understand the level of stress and impact this can have. I hope that others are able to overcome similar challenges and survive in the current world economy and fight to be different, pay payrolls, and continue improving.

I involve the team in the $ and keep them responsible rather than hiding information; even the lowest position in the company could see the income, cost, and profit. And this applies to product management. Keeping your team aware of how the money is spent and breaking down the budget with expectations will give you better control
