Most people don’t know this, but Manual.to actually started as…
a multilingual children’s book creator.

Before the name even existed, we built a prototype that made it incredibly easy for anyone with almost no skills to create illustrated stories in any language.

Then something unexpected happened.
Large companies saw the prototype and immediately understood the real value:

“If we want employees to share knowledge at scale, it has to be as simple as making a children’s book.”

That insight shaped Manual.to.
A tool designed to be child’s play fast, visual and so easy to use that people actually enjoy creating instructions.

IT’S A WRAP — we’re back from a speed tour of 𝗘𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲’𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗶𝗱𝗹𝘆 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝘆.

Since 1992, Poland has sustained continuous economic growth — including during major global shocks like the 2008 financial crisis — making it one of Europe’s most resilient economies.

Poland stands out as a nation that not only withstands challenges but thrives amidst them, known for its highly educated, industrious and simply unstoppable workforce.

During our visit, we were inspired by the understated yet overwhelming entrepreneurial spirit and innovation we encountered — and how closely this mirrored our own. No wonder Polish is the second most represented nationality in our team. We truly are kindred spirits.

🏆 manual.to won #1 in the "Smart Start: Operators Onboarding" category, streamlining manufacturing training and procedures with intuitive video instructions.

In the spirit of speed and scale, we’re hitting the ground running at Barilla Group’s site in Cremona, Italy, kicking off this exciting collaboration. Throughout 8 weeks, we will work closely with Barilla’s experts to develop tailored solutions to improve onboarding, streamline operations, and boost safety at their production sites.

This win is not just about the award — it’s about the opportunity to collaborate with one of the world’s most iconic brands in the food industry and build a more sustainable and innovative future together.
