What does “scalable HR” actually look like in practice?
At HR Pro Global in Warsaw last month, Anna Soloviova — Client Development & Success Lead at PeopleForce — explored that question through a practical case study.
In her session, People Power: HR’s Role in Global Growth, Anna shared how Room8 Group built a fully automated, compliant HR function from scratch — with PeopleForce as the single source of truth — across:
→ Up to 2,500 employees in 30+ locations
→ 64 cooperation types
→ M&A integrations across multiple jurisdictions
One idea resonated strongly throughout the discussion: global growth isn’t about adding more tools — it’s about reducing friction.
Room8 Group’s experience showed that when HR data lives in one place and processes are designed to handle real-world complexity — multiple jurisdictions, cooperation models, and acquisitions — HR can move from supporting growth to actively enabling it.
What made Anna’s perspective especially valuable is that she’s been on both sides: building HR processes inside a fast-scaling company and helping shape the platform that supports them. That dual perspective brought both strategic and practical insights to the conversation.
Thank you to everyone who joined the session and stayed afterward to continue the discussion. If you couldn’t make it but would like to hear the full case study, we’d be happy to share the story.
