We're looking for a network engineering consultant with strong Service Provider technologies background and experience in datacentre migration and automation activities (Cisco ACI, Python/PowerShell scripting).

You'll work onsite with one of our clients, IT leader in network technologies, based in Cracow.

Conditions:
- B2B or fixed-term employment contract with Gibbs Hybrid
- 10-15% travel - Europe (mainly), Middle East
- Ability to work remotely for 2-3 days per week
- Initial contract until May 2020, cooperation for longer term (up to 18 months and perm might be possible afterwards)
- We're open to hear your financial expectations.

Requirements:
- Great Routing and Switching skills,
- Professional background in enterprise networking on senior level,
- Python/PowerShell scripting,
- Datacentre migration and automation experience (Cisco ACI),
- VPN, server & virtualization experience,
- English, fluent written and spoken.

Summary of Key Responsibilities:
- Interacting with potential candidates on social media and professional networks
- Run the recruitment projects; sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing
- Representing company on the job fairs, meetups, conferences
- Building pipeline of CVs, trawling job boards and exhausting all job board searches
- Provide advice on market conditions, competitor intelligence
- Build relationships with candidates to secure best candidate experience
- Add value to the sourcing process by working in a candidate driven manner
- Uphold Gibbs Hybrid core values in the marketplace

Skills Required:
- +2 years of recruitment experience with the recruitment agency or RPO vendor background
- Capability to work from home on full time
- Strong sourcing/recruitment experience in areas as: SSC/BPO, finance, technology, etc.
- Knowledge of direct search techniques and tools
- Very good English skills
- Strong mindset, ability to take on any roles and utilise job boards quickly
- Great customer service skills, great telephone manner and solid at keeping in touch with contractors/relationship building
- Proactiveness and can-do attitude
- Consultative in nature, personable and approachable

The project overview:

Our client is an American multinational company specializing in business IT. The brand is well-established on the international market and offers a great start or development of your career path, and a valuable experience to gain in a financial sector.

Main Requirements:

What is really a must is Excel ability and data analysis, English communication and maturity to produce in a virtually supervised team.

Responsibilities:

- Ensuring all Sales compensation systems are set up to accurately record, measure and calculate concise and timely Sales incentive and bonus payments
- Support of all Sales Compensation systems including OMEGA, MyComp, SAP commissions and other required tools
- Assist Sales, Business Consultants , Sales Operations, Finance and all other partners with understanding data results as reported
- Continually perform analysis on Sales information to ensure the compensation system is crediting the correct Sales representative and at the correct amount
- Partner with Sales Compensation or other teams as required to ensure all Sales reps are compensated correctly at all times
- Manage and support others for system and/or operation issues to closure
- Provide subject matter expertise in support of assigned local or global projects Job
