علی امین گنڈاپور کی حفاظتی ضمانت کی درخواست 5 مارچ تک منظور

پشاور(ڈیلی پاکستان آن لائن)وزیراعلیٰ خیبرپختونخوا علی امین گنڈاپور کی حفاظتی ضمانت کی درخواست 5 مارچ تک منظور کر لی گئی۔

نجی ٹی وی چینل دنیا نیوز کے مطابق پشاور ہائیکورٹ کے جسٹس صاحبزادہ اسد اللہ اور جسٹس صلاح الدین نے علی امین گنڈاپور کی حفاظتی ضمانت کی درخواست پر سماعت کی، وکیل درخواست گزار اور ایڈووکیٹ جنرل عدالت پیش ہوئے، وزیراعلیٰ خیبر پختونخوا عدالت میں پیش نہ ہو سکے۔

عدالت نے کہا کہ قانون کے مطابق درخواست گزار کا پیش ہونا ضروری ہے، ہم اگلی تاریخ دے دیں گے لیکن حفاظتی ضمانت کیلئے درخواست گزار کو خود پیش ہونا ہوگا۔

بعدازاں عدالت نے وزیراعلیٰ خیبرپختونخوا کی حفاظتی ضمانت کی درخواست 5 مارچ تک منظور کرتے ہوئے سماعت ملتوی کر دی۔

تہران(ڈیلی پاکستان آن لائن ) امریکا کی جانب سے ایران پر عائد پابندیوں پر ردعمل دیتے ہوئے ایرانی سپریم لیڈر آیت اللہ خامنہ ای نے امریکا کے ساتھ مذاکرات نہ کرنے کا اعلان کردیا۔
نجی ٹی وی"جیو نیوز" کے مطابق امریکی صدر ڈونلڈ ٹرمپ کی جانب سے ایران پر پابندیاں لگانے کے بعد ایرانی سپریم لیڈر آیت اللہ خامنہ ای نے امریکا کے ساتھ مذاکرات نہ کرنے کا اعلان کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ امریکا کے ساتھ مذاکرات سمجھداری اور قابل احترام نہیں ہوں گے۔
ایرانی سپریم لیڈر نے کہا کہ مذاکرات سے انکار کی وجہ یہ ہے کہ ہمارا تجربہ ہمیں یہ بتاتا ہے، ایران نے ماضی میں بہت سی رعایتیں دیں مگر امریکا نے ان معاہدوں کو توڑ دیا، ایسی حکومت کے ساتھ بات چیت نہیں ہونی چاہیے۔
خامنہ ای کا کہنا تھا کہ اگر امریکا نے ہماری سلامتی کو خطرے میں ڈالا تو ہم ان کی سیکیورٹی کو خطرے میں ڈالیں گے۔
واضح رہے کہ ڈونلڈ ٹرمپ نے آج ایران پر مختلف پابندیاں عائد کردی ہیں جس میں ایران کے تیل کے نیٹ ورک کو نشانہ بنایا گیا ہے۔

Trump says he is revoking Biden's security clearance.
US President Donald Trump has said he is revoking Joe Biden's security clearance and access to daily intelligence briefings, after his predecessor did the same to him four years ago.
"There is no need for Joe Biden to continue receiving access to classified information," Trump wrote in a post on his Truth Social platform.
"JOE, YOU'RE FIRED," the Republican added in a reference to his catchphrase on the reality TV show, The Apprentice.
Trump has already revoked the security clearance of more than four dozen former intelligence officials whom he accused of meddling in the 2020 election in Biden's favour.
