Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of IT at Balochi Services & Tech Consultancy (BSTC) located in Quetta. The Director of IT will be responsible for managing the IT department, overseeing IT operations, developing and implementing IT strategies, and ensuring network security.

Qualifications

IT Management and Information Technology skills
Experience in IT Operations and Network Security
Strong understanding of IT Strategy
Excellent leadership and management skills
Bachelor's or higher degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Industry Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or related certifications are preferred
Experience working in a consultancy or services-based organization is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
