Handling errors in PHP involves finding the equilibrium between developer insight and user experience. We recognize the significance of revealing errors and exceptions during development and testing phases. However, in production, it's crucial to shield users from unsightly errors while providing a smoother response.

Here's my approach in :

- During development and testing, errors/exceptions are thrown directly, offering developers complete context.
- HttpExceptions (or their derivatives) manage client-side errors, delivering a tailored response with a 4xx status.
- Any other unforeseen exceptions are encapsulated with a gentle "Server error" notification and a 5xx status, ensuring end-users receive only necessary information.

By organizing error handling according to environment and exception types, we achieve:
1️⃣ Transparent issue insight for developers during development.
2️⃣ Informative, user-friendly error messages for users in production.
