The second door of the Ka’bah was built by Abdullah bin Zubair (RA) on the directives of Aisha (RA). She said that it was the sincere wish of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ to build two doors at the Holy Kaaba so that people could enter from one side and exit from the other one. Due to lack of finance, Prophet Muhammad ﷺ was unable to complete it but Abdullah Bin Zubair (RA) later completed it. And it was closed by Hajjaj bin Yusuf in 697 AD when he took charge
