**Job Description:**
Multan Polytechnic Institute (MPI) is looking for a dedicated and organized Assistant Office Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will support administrative functions, manage office tasks, and contribute to the efficient operation of the institute. We seek a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced educational environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist in daily office operations and administrative tasks.
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
- Support faculty and staff with various administrative needs.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the office manager or administrative head.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
