One thing working in tech has taught me:

A good QA doesn’t just report bugs. A good QA helps teams understand: • impact • reproduction steps • priorities • user perspective
The same applies to development teams.
Strong communication:
- reduces confusion
- saves time
- improves delivery
- creates better collaboration
Technical skills matter. But communication is often what separates good professionals from great ones.
