At CadPacers, we developed an AI-powered voice assistant by integrating OpenAI Realtime Voice AI with Google Calendar using a Python-based relay backend. The assistant enables users to create and manage meetings, organize daily and weekly schedules, and receive intelligent reminders for upcoming events, all through natural voice interactions.The Python backend securely handles API communication, calendar synchronization, and event management, ensuring a seamless and responsive user experience. This integration demonstrates how conversational AI can enhance productivity by simplifying everyday scheduling tasks with intuitive voice control.Stay tuned as we continue to expand the assistant with even more intelligent, productivity focused features.

This is one of our projects completed at CadPacer. In this project, we merged two separate open source KiCad boards into a single compact design for an HBS interface. We upgraded the microcontroller from the ESP32-C3 to the ESP32-C6, integrated USB data connectivity, and added isolation on the USB data lines to protect the host PC during communication. We also redesigned the power stage to support a 40-volt input, improving compatibility with the target system. The final deliverables included a fully integrated schematic, optimized PCB layout and 3D model of the PCB.

At CadPacers, we developed this compact smart tracker by integrating electronics, connectivity, and mechanical design into a single product. The core is built on an nRF-based platform, combining eSIM connectivity, motion sensing, and wireless charging circuitry to ensure stable, low-power operation in real-world conditions. The enclosure follows the client requirement of a full metallic exterior. To maintain antenna performance and wireless charging efficiency, a non-metallic window was introduced without affecting the overall aesthetic. The enclosure is still in development, with ongoing refinements to enhance aesthetics and achieve a more premium finish while maintaining performance.
