Business Development Manager – Xaavia Studios

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Percent (%) of Monthly Working Time

Business Development & Sales (60%)
· Contribute to sales efforts, including proposal generation and development of new service offerings.
· Generate proposals, presentations, and pricing.
· Seeks additional revenue opportunities by keeping track of scope changes, upselling opportunities within existing engagements, or new opportunities within a customer’s organization.
· Rationalize and deliver projected revenue from existing clients, direct and participate in initiatives that generate new revenue from clients.
· Generate campaign/project proposals, pricing as well as critical path.
· Building and managing pipeline forecasting, account planning and account review process. Specifically, maintain profitability report on project/campaign basis.
· Identify various investment groups, local and international, to channelize the funds in Xaavia Studios and allocating on new product development.
· Keep an eye on the pipeline and plan sales ahead of time to ensure the pipeline is always up to the capacity.

Account Management (20%)
· Maintain relationships with key individuals (project owners) at middle management levels of client organization
· Support multiple clients dependent on revenue size and project complexity
· Assure flawless ex*****on of client projects, prioritize resources, and keep reporting managers and management informed of progress and changes
· Ensure effective staffing levels and quality of staff for required client deliverables.
· Ensuring reporting and operation procedures of account management are efficient and evolving to address changing client and management needs (e.g., contact reporting, status and revenue reports, etc.).

Strategic Role (20%)
· Act as an internal resource, championing storytelling of 360° Digital Agency whenever possible.
· Participate in interactive strategy development with other managers/dept. heads to enhance visibility and sales from current relationships and also by identifying new venue.
· Work on building PR by identifying and ensuring company participation in various activities.
· Perform competitive analysis and identify gaps and opportunities in international and local markets by gathering industry and market intelligence.
· Help realize international presence needs and opportunities and align management and them with strategic goals and objectives.
· Demonstrate domain knowledge and expertise in a range of skills and participate in activities such as business model development, financial modeling for the particular business model, portfolio planning and organizational strategy.
· Help Marketing identifying and implementing Sales funnels and play strategic role in order to identify our strengths as per resources and give recommendation in setting up the marketing activities and sales activities.
· Expand knowledge of additional software and new technologies as they develop, where applicable, and keep abreast with industry/category best practice.
