Overthinking? Islam gives you a cure 🤍 When the heart feels heavy and thoughts feel overwhelming, turn back to Allah. True peace is found in remembrance and trust in Him.

Dua for anxiety and sorrow:
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْهَمِّ وَالْحَزَنِ 🌸
Dua for reliance upon Allah:
حَسْبِيَ اللَّهُ لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ عَلَيْهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ وَهُوَ رَبُّ الْعَرْشِ الْعَظِيمِ 🌸
Dua when things feel difficult:
اللَّهُمَّ لَا سَهْلَ إِلَّا مَا جَعَلْتَهُ سَهْلًا 🌸

Tawakkul is not ignoring problems it is trusting Allah with what you cannot control and finding calm in Him. 🤍
