Genghix Tech is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive / Sales Partnerto help us acquire new clients and expand our international business.
Position: Business Developer / Sales Partner
Location: Hybrid — Worldwide
Compensation: Commission / Percentage Based
Work Type: Flexible / Performance-Based
Responsibilities
Identify and reach potential clients through LinkedIn, Upwork, email, social media, and other channels.
Generate, qualify, and manage software development leads.
Contact business owners, decision-makers, and potential clients.
Understand client requirements and present suitable Genghix Tech services.
Schedule meetings and assist in converting leads into paying clients.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Important:This is a commission-only opportunity. There is no fixed salary at the initial stage. Compensation is based on successfully closed projects.
