Key Responsibilities:
Credentialing Process Management: Oversee the credentialing process from start to finish, ensuring all required documentation and information are accurately collected and maintained.
Provider Enrollment: Facilitate the enrollment process with insurance networks, Medicare, and Medicaid by preparing and submitting accurate credentialing documentation within specified deadlines.
Institutional Credentialing Oversight: Manage the institutional credentialing process for healthcare facilities, including hospitals, clinics, and medical practices, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and accreditation standards.
Verification: Conduct thorough verification of credentials, licenses, certifications, and other relevant documentation for healthcare professionals.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards, staying up-to-date with changes in regulations and guidelines.
Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date credentialing databases and systems.
Communication: Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and healthcare providers to facilitate the credentialing process efficiently.
