Position Overview:
We're in search of a Human Resources Specialist to be the backbone of our talent operations. This role is central to fostering our company culture, scaling our teams, and ensuring a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving disputes or misunderstandings, and reinforcing company culture.
Administer benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
Organize training & development initiatives.
Facilitate feedback processes to gauge employee satisfaction and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources or related field.
Proven experience in an HR role.
Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.).
Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus.
Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
